Montclare

Montclare is divided between wards, but a significant portion is represented by Alderman Gilbert Villegas (36th Ward). The 36th Ward includes Montclare, Belmont Cragin, Portage Park, and surrounding Northwest Side neighborhoods.

The organization generally works with both Alderman Chris Taliaferro (29th Ward) and Alderman Gilbert Villegas (36th Ward) because the Galewood–Montclare community spans ward boundaries. Depending on the issue zoning, development, public safety, infrastructure, or constituent services—one or both aldermen may be involved.
